Company Background
WG Henschen was founded in 1959 and has been historically recognized for its
Rosan ring locked line. The scope of its product offering was significantly
broadened in 2001 when the company was purchased by Sharyn Spillman and Bob
Smith. They combined their existing companies Aerofast Ltd. and Millipart Fasteners
while retaining the WG Henschen name. Our company is a certified woman owned
small business.
